Gracie
Owner
Gracie started her early education career in 2018 as an infant/toddler teacher. After 3 years, she became her center’s director and completed her Associate’s degree in ECE. She enjoyed her time supporting all of the classrooms and mentoring teachers. In 2024, Gracie purchased Natural Learners and has enjoyed her time creating a nurturing, play-based environment where children explore, discover, and grow through nature. As a mom of two herself, she knows the importance of good-quality childcare and is excited to watch the Natural Learners community grow!
Jillian
Director & Curriculum Coordinator
Jill has a double Bachelor’s degree in social work and sociology, and has recently completed the classes to receive her Early Childhood Education Administrator certification. She has been an ECE educator for 5 years and has worked with children ages 0-5. Jill enjoys mentoring and coaching the classroom teachers, as well as collaborating with them to create the center’s curriculum throughout the year!
Cierra
Licensed Pre-K Educator
Cierra has always had a passion for teaching and started her journey in ECE after she graduated from high school by working with 1- to 2-year-olds. She received her Associate’s degree in early education during this time, and then continued to receive her Bachelor’s in Early Education with a minor in Exceptional Education. In 2024, she moved to Vermont and began working at Natural Learners as a classroom teacher and the center’s licensed educator for the Preschool classroom!
